No more paper...

No more printing paper rosters, putting them in envelopes, and sending them to your teams. Your Online Rostering System takes care of letting your team members know when they've been rostered. It tells them their call times, and you can leave notes in the system that are relevant to the service you're scheduling them onto.

Choose from a list...

When you edit a roster, it only shows you the people who can do each position. As part of setting up the system for each of your teams, you tell it who can do what, and it remembers it for later. Put your roster together in minutes, and never forget who you have available.

It follows the rules...

People cannot be in two places at the same time, its just impossible. Your Online Rostering System knows that, and so it won't let you try and schedule someone to do that. But if someone can do multiple tasks at the same location, you're more than welcome to create an exception to the rule.

Share your team...

Every member of your Online Rostering System can be a member of multiple teams. Roster them on your team first, and they won't be able to be rostered somewhere else. Encourage your teams to get their rosters in early to get the people they want.

Roster your teams on without them knowing, while you're getting your rosters prepared. When you're happy, activate them and let the whole world know.

Every page in your Online Rostering System has a Help link, that gives you that extra bit of advice when you find yourself stuck.

Never lose a number...

Need someone's phone number? Every page in your Online Rostering System has a search field for easy access to your team member's contact details.

Keep track of your team members' commitments...

Look at the "Profile" of your members to see where else they are being rostered in church life, when they are planning on taking leave, what kinds of positions they are able to fill, and more.

Know who's available and who's not...

Every rostered position can be confirmed or declined by your team members. If they can't make it, it requests that they leave a message, so you can stay up to date with where your team is at.

When there's too many people to roster...

Use sub-teams! For choirs, groups of ushers, carpark teams, put as many team members you want in a sub-team, and then roster that sub-team wherever you want, whenever you want, however often you want, with one click of a mouse.

When people aren't around...

You can know in advance! Team members can enter their leave and holiday time directly into the system, so when you try to roster them on, it lets you know where they are.

Let's face it, we all have to work...

And having to work means that sometimes, we're not available. Your team can enter regular unavailabilities into the system, so that if they work every Wednesday night, then the system will know, and it will tell you when you try to schedule them on.

Keep your team up to date...

Leave notices for your team to see when they login to the system. Much less intrusive than sending an e-mail to your whole team when you just need to let them know of a small detail.

Share your important files...

Upload files that are relevant to your teams - documents, spreadsheets, databases, you name it. Think songlists, rehearsal tracks, detailed dress codes, application forms... You name it, you can store it for your team to download.

When you need it on paper...

Print your weekend roster in an easy-to-read format, all ready to put into that weekend runsheet.

Move your dates around...

It happens, something comes up and you have to change the date of a service. No problem. Just move it. Or add another date. Or delete an existing date. Just a couple of clicks and your services are all in line, and your administrators have all been automatically notified.

Rosters look better in colour...

Get an idea of how your roster is going by having a glance. Colours help to break up your roster into confirmed and declined positions.

Don't feel limited...

You can edit rosters as far into the future as you like. There's no restrictions.

Nothing like being reminded...

Don't worry about your team forgetting they're rostered on. They'll receive e-mails occasionally reminding them to confirm their unconfirmed positions, and they'll receive one final reminder a few days before their rostered position, to ensure they don't forget.
